My phone is frozen. Forced shutdown does not work. Happened after FT yesterday. Tried half upswipe to close. One blank screen that shows up but will close with upsweep. Deleted FT app thinking that would work but didn't. How do I close running up? Not sure if my phone is 11 pro or 12 pro.
