I haven't had any new on my iPhone from Apple Store

when i have visited the apple store on 9th Feb 22, I have used my under warranty privilege and submitted my phone for repair. I was also informed that within 7 days i will be either receiving a new iphone or repaired phone but it has been almost a month now and i have not received any updates which is not acceptable. I need help to resolve this concern.
