Redownloading apps

so i got a free trial to a few apps, i wondered why it let me because i had no credit card on it.

well apparently i did, it ended up charging us 50$ and after we took off the card and canceled the subscriptions (ending in april). A little while later i had to delete the app, this was before the subscription ended, and i wanted to redownload it. It brought me to billing information. Now i cant redownload ANY apps i have previously downloaded without it doing this, both free and paid.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see you have some questions about payment methods, and downloading apps, on your iPhone, and we'd like to help. There may be a few things to look at here. The following link can help with how to Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.

You may not be able to change the payment, because there's an active subscription: How to cancel a subscription from Apple

You may also not be able to change subscriptions due to a subscription being charged, but funds not available, when would then be charged when you added that payment information. For any refunds for charges, this link can help: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
