Always load remote content

Mail on my Mac has stopped automatically loading remote messages.

I am running Mail Version 15.0 on macOS Monterey Version 12.2.1 on my M1 Mac Mini.

Looking at earlier questions and answers here I am directed to go to Mail/Preferences/Viewing and tick load remote content, however that option is not available.

I have tried enabling and disabling Mail/Preferences/Privacy/Protect Mail Activity but it does not change.

Mail/Preferences/Privacy/Block All Remote Content is not selected.

I find it tiresome to have to "load remote content" on numerous emails every day.

How do I get Mail to always load remote content?

Thank you!

Mail issues loading content in macOS Monterey

"Your network preferences prevent content from loading privately.”

Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy disable “Protect Mail Activity” / “Hide IP address” / “Block all remote content” —content for the email will load automatically
