Hello, I bought an ipad a week ago from the apple store and wish to return it physically on the nearest apple store. Would I have to make an appointment or some kind of extra step before returning it in person? Or can I just walk in and return it?
Depending on the country you are in, bearing in mind the persisting pandemic period, I suggest that you contact the Apple Store you want to visit and ask them. In many countries, making an appointment is still mandatory.
