Just wanted to find out if there is a way to keep the "Dark Mode" on all the time on the iphone 11 ? I know that you can set up the mode by schedule but I don't want to keep turning it on all the time just have it sat on all the time .... Help?

As per the support article that led you here, you need to disable the option "Automatic".
When done, restart your iPhone.
