How do I find my iPhone when I have not set up find my iPhone

My mom recently lost her iPhone and she didn’t turn on find my iPhone it’s very important that she finds her iPhone is there a way to do that online

These are the only steps you can perform in such a situation:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support, and/or:--> Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support
