iPhone x in perfect physical condition do not want to restore after been updated
my iPhone X is giving me 4013 error when I try to restore with Itunes

Did you try temporarily disabling ALL of your antispyware/antivirus/antimalware and VPN software and then doing it again?
I will try your recommendation later, thanks
