Some accounts can be setup automatically. Others (unrecognized ones) have to be set manually. See:

The support article you came here from should provide you with the steps needed to set up an email account on your iPhone. Have you tried it yet? If so, and it didn't help, at what point in the process did it not work for you? Did you get an error messages?

Where are you looking? I don't have an iPhone 6 that is running iOS 12 to assist you with. The steps I provided you is from iOS 15.x. There should be something similar for iOS 12.

If you still can't locate them, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly for further assistance with this matter. You can do so simply by selecting the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.

Try the following: Tap on Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account

Then enter the info in the fields provided.
