Junk Mail

I have asked this before.

Very frustrating.

I have mail going to my junk folder.

All the advice I have received, and thank you, is not working.

I have tried all suggestions and nothing is working.

I have no idea why. And, yes, I do know what I am doing and can follow instructions.

Now I have email that has never gone to junk, is not junk, was never junk, going to the junk folder.

I am m missing emails I should not be missing and I should not have to check my junk folder every day for mail that should not be there..

Can somebody please tell me what to do, other than articles on how to fix it, which I have done and the problem persists.....

Would it fix things if I got out of Apple mail, deleted everything and start over?

I am at this point to see what happens....

Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions......

Not knowing what articles have been used to correct this issue nor the suggestions previously suggested - here is another suggestion.

Check in the " Junk Mail Behaviour " and " Blocked Sender " Tab of Apple Mail >> Preferences

OK

Waited a few days.

The issue remains. I average about 40+ emails sent to junk that never went to junk before, a day..........

I adjusted my preferences as you suggested, this was suggested in another request I posted, but, this keeps happening.

There were other suggestions back in January and those did not work either.

I don't automatically think to always check my junk folder as my emails in the past never went into the junk folder.

I am no expert and am at a loss as to what to do except maybe delete my apple mail and start all over again...

What can I do?????

Thank you
