After a motherboard replacement I can't upgrade to latest version of Numbers

In OS Catalina, Numbers is v. 6.2.1. Files open but when I attempt any action, the records "disappear"

Tried restoring a file from Time Machine and from an old laptop, but the problem remained.

Upgraded to OS Monterey 12.3. Problem persists and can't upgrade to latest v of numbers.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

Wasn't paying attention - forgot to upgrade Numbers. When it made it to v.11.2 everything worked fine.
