I need to up date to 13.0

After correctly identifying your device model (using these instructions: -> Identify your iPad model – Apple Support (UK) ), take a look at this compatibility chart:

If your iPad model supports more recent operating system version, these are the instructions to update it:--> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch – Apple Support

Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.

If your unit is currently on 9.3.6, 10.3.4, or 12.4.2 through 12.5.5, it's not capable of 13 or above.

It's no longer possible to update to exactly 13.0.
