Individual subscription

Hi there!

I would like to know why I am being charged $7.99 for individual subscription instead of $4.99. As far as I know, $7.99 is for family subscription, but I have never used it, so it can’t be an automatic payment. Even when I try to buy an individual subscription I keep being charged $7.99.
