I need to request a refund on unthorised debit on my account including all the bank fees. this is the 4th time contacting you.

Are there other person that are having the same problem with unauthorized debits going off your account ?

When you sign up and link your bank card to your iphone. They ask you which date would you like to be debited. Why do they ask this if they debit your account up to 3 or 4 times a day knowing it is not the date you authorized, i am out of pocket almost R4000 in two months, which convert is $267.54. with that i have subscriptions being charged to me where by i have no apple invoice.

I have sent for one email to the next given links to follow and this week i get a R144 of the R4000 and i should be happy.


Please you might be a excellent phone but you are stealing from your customs.


I would be nice if someone could phone me and not just an email.
