+1, if you need Monterey then it is time for a newer Mac. A 2013 (10 years old now!!) simply does not have the hardware to support Monterey (or Big Sur). Before you ask, no a 2013 iMac cannot be upgraded to accept Monterey.
Your Mac is not eligible for upgrade. The earliest eligible iMac is Late 2015.
