Is there a way when I have the watch on to make all the alerts happen on the phone like I don’t have my watch on? Such as text alerts sounds etc?

Notitcations on iphone and watch at the same time How do you get notifications ( from your text messages) on both the iphone 11 Pro with ios 16 and apple watch SE 2nd generation when they are paired? Currently goes to Watch and not phone. Turging off Wrist Detection turns off all the important features of wearing the watch so not an option!
