Flexgate service program for 15 inch Macbook Pro models.

Is there going to be a Backlight Service Program for 15-inch MacBook Pro Display in reference to Flexgate?

Flexgate refers to the problem where you can not open your laptop screen past a 90 degree angle without the screen going black, and the screen has these shadows at the bottom of the screen that look like a stage lighting effect

There is already a service program for the 13 inch MBP model: 13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program - Apple Support

Why is there no service program for the 15inch models? I mean is there a reason why Apple is treating the 15inch models as if they have not been made by them?
