My problem is my apple id is not active. but I submit the correct password or id.

I bought the MacBook M1 Pro 16 inch 2021 on March 13th, 2022

My Macbook pro serial number is- GV****49L


First I was Open an iCloud account- ****1@icloud.com


Then I open apple id- ****2@gmail.com


When I submit the correct id & password but showing me my apple id is not active.

Can you help me to re-active my apple id?
