Check with Logitech Support to see which of there Web Cams they recommend for your Mac Mini and macOS version.
Thanks but have now found the problem. My anti-virus and browser were blocking the webcam but now all sorted.
You don’t need anti-virus, delete asap.
I use Kaspersky Total on my mac and windows laptop and have done for many years. Why do you think that I should remove it?
