Your iPhone has suffered from water damage most probably. Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Autorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.

You are not going to be able to fix and make the repair yourself. You will need to take the iPhone to the Apple Store or to an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and resolution.
