If you already have Pages v11.1 on Catalina, then you are done, as Pages v11.2 (currently in the Mac App Store) requires either macOS BIg Sur (11.*) or Monterey (12.*). If your version of Pages on Catalina is older then v11.1, then…

If you had previously installed Pages from the Mac App Store, then launch that latter application, signed in with the same Apple ID as you did previously. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel. If Pages is shown with an Update button, then click Update. A dialog will appear stating that you need a newer version of macOS. Do not click Cancel, but do acknowledge that dialog. When you do, a second dialog will then appear offering to install the last compatible version of Pages (v11.1) for Catalina. Accept that dialog too. This should result in Pages v11.1 installed into your /Applications folder.
