Time Capsule, Time machine & MacBook Pro, 1 question? please read summary before answering.

Summary:

1st MacBook Pro, Names. {2012 MBPro HDD drive (bikeman5) user/admin - 2012 MBPro SATA drive (Roscoe) user/admin}

2nd MacBook Pro Name. (new apple) user admin

I have 2 time capsule 5th generations, 2tb and 3tb. I also have 2012 and 2021 Macbook Pro. I have not set up the 2021 yet. I Know how to migrate the backup that i want.

2012 MBPro backs up to Time Capsule 2tb

2021 MBPro will back up to Time Capsule 3tb

Leading to my Question:

My 2012 MBPro HDD drive died the last week of 2017 or first week of 2018. Apple installed new SATA drive calling this (Roscoe) user/admin. When i got home, fired up the 2012 logged into Roscoe did my migration of last back up without issue. At my next log in i had 2 users/admin, (Roscoe) & (bikeman5).

In another apple forum, I was told i could delete (Roscoe) as long as (bikeman5) was an administrator.

I on 3/29/22 i deleted (Roscoe), my 2012 MBPro is working fine and it is even faster at start up when turned on. I did however end up with an issue/big problem. I can not back up to time capsule any more. When i open Time Machine it shows me my back ups after deleting (Roscoe) 3/29/22 to 4/1/22 as blank white pages and my Backups from 3/3/18 to 3/28/22 as it always did, i can see all of them, i can not access any of them.

I need to get into 3/28/22 for 1 email to retrieve an email from 2016. I can not access anything from before 3/29/22 after deleting user/admin (Roscoe)

I realize i can migrate and restore my 2012 MBPro to 3/28/22, however i will lose 1 week of work that i cant lose or part with, it is valuable info i need, as i mentioned above my backups are Blank 3/29/22 to 4/1/22 backups and backups 3/28/22 before are inaccessible in Time Machine without restoring which i do not want to do.

Question:

Is there a way to access my backup on 3/28/22 in Time Machine without restoring my 2012 MBPro?

On 3/29/2022 I Backed up my 2012 MBPro to Time Capsule 3tb this is for my 2021 MBPro, the email i want is not in here, it is from Backup 3/28/22 that i can not access.

Thank You,

bikeman5

In regards to my question above my only solution i see that I know is to restore this 2012 MBPro and retrieve my backup from (2 tb Time Capsule #1) on 3/28/22 and get the email i want forward email to myself and i will have all i want on my MBPro 2021 from the 2012. Then i can restore this 2012 MBPro from (3tb Time Capsule #2) from 4/1/2022 and i will have this MBPro the way i have it now. That is the only solution i see which would work. It just seems like a lot of work if there is a simpler way.

Again thank you,
