apple doesn't have any facility to check whether these are sold to some distributer earlier. Because before opening box we can only check in apple coverage that device is authentic or not even validity date do not show on it.
Warranty starts when they are originally sold.
it has nothing to do with when you open the box or start using the device.
Hi I just unbox airpod 3 but warranty date is shown. Expiry 25-1-2023. Please update my warranty as its open first time today!!!
