can I delete an apple id
Over the years, i stupidly ended up with 3 apple ids. is it possible to delete 2 of them?

Absolutely ... assuming that you still know the AppleIDs and associated Passwords.
Simply log-in to https://privacy.apple.com to begin the process.
Note that deletion is totally irreversible. Once completed there is NO going back.
So carefully read and re-read all the steps. Make sure all of your devices are signed-out of the old IDs.
As a safety ... you might choose to first disable the accounts for a month or two beforehand.
This has the same effect as deletion but w/o the "finality" ... you get a "do over" if you find that something was overlooked.
If everything is still ok after the extended delay, THEN you can delete the accounts.
Your choice.
