suddenly having trouble pairing my iPhone with MacBook Air

suddenly having trouble synching my iPhone with MacBook Air. Did not have this issue before. Now the iPhone is saying the MacBook is an unsupported device. Im using Monterey 12.3.1 on air and iPhone 15.4.1. Any ideas. Apple support has been worthless
