iPhone is being hacked?

I have a hacker and they are ursine my phone number and everything and they are spy on me by using my phone by useing my camera how can I make it stop am tired of them hacking my phone and everything

1. You should reset your phone to factory settings and data (backup every important information)
2. Log out other devices logged into your Apple ID.
3. Change your Apple ID password.
