How do I cancel my subscription for Apple TV? If I did it on my IPhone, does that include all of my devices?

The subscription is tied to your Apple ID so all devices signed in can access it, and likewise when it is cancelled that applies to all. In order to avoid charges just make sure it is done at least 24 hours prior to the billing date.
