I can not open anymore documents (Word, Excel, Ppts,...) on my MacBook Air since a couple of months. What can I do to recuperate these docs ?

Can anybody help how I can get hold of my documents and open them again. Several of my own documents are not to be opened.

Example of one of the documents I can not open anymore since a couple of months !

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.13

Does this issue pertain to Monterey macOS 12 or as per user profile MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.13 High Sierra

If it does pertain to Monterey and upgraded from High Sierra without updating the Microsoft Office applications to Monterey Compatible versions of MS Office - that may answer your question.

The version of MS Office is outdated.
