flickering lines at the bottom of my iPad screen

How do I get rid of flickering lines at the bottom of my screen? I havre already re-booted, restored, downloaded new software, etc. All of these have failed to remove the flickering lines?

Thanks

Reading all the steps you already performed (to no avail), it sounds like a screen or other internal component failure, but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of problem remotely.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
