Checking for viruses on iPhone

Hi, I added an item to a Facebook selling page & was sent a message via messenger from a potential buyer. The message contained 2 links asking if the item was either of them. Stupidly, I clicked the links & they didn’t take me to relevant websites. How can I check if I now have a virus on my phone? Or, could anything else happen without my knowledge? TIA

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Your iPhone will not be infected with a virus, and as long as you have not entered a password or other personal information, there is nothing to worry about. But there is no antivirus app, or anything else you can use to find viruses, for the simple reason that viruses are not something that is in iOS.

What you can do is delete your browser history, then you have no cache lying from the website you visited.

You do not need to do more than that.
