Why is my email not working on my new iPad, at the Apple store they said everything would work just needs time to transfer data through iCloud. My iPhone works but the new iPad does not. Under settings it already recognizes my email address.

Since we are all users and none of us were there to see how your iPad was set up, we can't know why. Since your mail accounts aren't there, see this link to see how to add your email accounts to your iPad --> Set up mail, contacts, and calendar accounts on iPad - Apple Support
