If a card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you should lock the card, then request a replacement card. You can also chat with an Apple Card specialist. If you're a participant under 18, ask the account owner or co-owner to request a replacement card for you.

To change the name on your titanium Apple Card, first chat with an Apple Card specialist, then request a new card.

You need to go to the Apple Card in your Wallet, tap on the card, then the "hamburger" icon (circle with 3 dots) in the upper right corner. Scroll down to Request Replacement Card.

Open the Wallet app, tap on your Apple Card, on the top right tap on the circle with the 3 dots in it, scroll down to Request Replacement Card.
