If a card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you should lock the card, then request a replacement card. You can also chat with an Apple Card specialist. If you're a participant under 18, ask the account owner or co-owner to request a replacement card for you.

To change the name on your titanium Apple Card, first chat with an Apple Card specialist, then request a new card.
