iPhone seems to be missing a built-in audio equalizer, or I’m just failing to find it. The audio quality is usually quite good, but with some earbuds and headphones it could benefit from some adjustments. I listen to music on Amazon, Spotify, and Apple Music, but there seems to be no way to adjust the sound from these without paying through the nose for a subscription to an AppStore app.

Go to Settings > Music > EQ. There are pre-set equalizer settings you can select for better sound.

Thank you; I was trying some of the different settings today in fact. I guess I assumed they only affected iTunes. I’ll try it with the other services.
