I have an Apple TX box and it is connected to a TV, Can I be able to access Apple TV from my iPad? IMac?

What do you mean access your iPad & Mac? I would strongly recommend that you look at the Apple TV app, there are versions for IOS and Mac OS. Apple TV app - Apple. Scroll down to the "The Apple TV app is everywhere" section
