I'm trying to down load Keynote on my iMac 21.inch ( late 2013)

I'm trying to down load keynote but I keep hitting road blocks. I've had it on my iMac before, I just had a new hard drive added and now I trying to get apps back. I've tried to go to the apple App Store, I was told I needed macOS Sierra, but I can't seam to get Sierra, and now the link I've been sent to takes me to MacOS Monterey, and when I try to upgrade I get told my Mac OS Catalina is totally up-to-date.

can anyone help?

thanks,

Daniel

Your Late-2013 iMac can upgrade no further than Catalina (10.15.7). The current version of Keynote (v12.0) in the Mac App Store expects that you have macOS Big Sur (11.6.*) or later installed, and your Mac is too old for those operating systems, so no Keynote.

On your Catalina Mac, launch the Mac App Store. Be signed in with the same Apple ID that you previously used to install Keynote, and be certain that your System Preferences > Sharing > Computer Name is the same as it was when you originally installed Keynote. Be certain that you have Internet access.

With the second paragraph satisfied, click the icon in the lower-left corner of the Mac App Store to open the Purchased panel. On there, you may find Keynote and a blue cloud icon with a down-arrow. Click that, and a dialog will open offering to install the last compatible version of Keynote for Catalina. Do that, and it will download and install Keynote v11.1 into your /Applications folder.
