I made a new password with Keychain. But when I tried to log in after that, Keychain doesn't list that password and won't auto fill.

When the user ( you ) surf the the Bank Site and manually input the password what happens ?
In below the Autofill tab in Safari >> User names and passwords. Is it enabled ? Is the Bank password in there ? If not Add it via Edit Button

When I access Passwords via the Apple icon, the account is listed but I can't access anything
When I access Passwords via Safari, the account is not listed at all.
It's a banking account, which really concerns me.
I unchecked and re-checked all those boxes.
I couldn't enter anything for 'credit cards' or 'other forms'
I could type in my user name and password on 'user names and passwords' but it wouldn't enter.
I gave up and created a weak password I can remember.
I couldn't manually enter the keychain password because I hadn't written it down
In Safari >> Preferences is user passwords enabled
I don't understand what that means. My other passwords in Safari Preferences autofill fine, but this one is not even on the list. And I've changed the password a couple of times.
