HP is responsible for providing the software for their printers, not Apple. Visit the HP site for this device, and you will note that they issued a firmware update on April 6, 2022, and an update to the HP Easy Start in Jan 2022. That firmware update is intended for macOS 12.* (Monterey), and the Easy Start software will find the driver for your device.

In order to scan, print, etc. you may need to install the HP Smart App from the Mac App Store that was last updated 4 weeks ago.
