Share my location not working

My daughter is trying to share her location with me. When I go to her profile and try to see her location, it say unable to locate. Location services is on as well. Any suggestions?

Go through the steps in Share your location in Find My on iPhone. I might resolve your problem.

If you have already set up a Family Sharing group look at Share locations with family members and locate their lost devices on iPad
