I’m trying to remove current payment method because I closed my card and received a new one , I want to add my new card but it won’t let me because it says there’s an active subscription that will be charged , I need help because I need all my subscriptions active .

Put the new one in first. If needed. click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
