How do I get my email subfolders to show up on my iPhone 11 IOS 15.4.1 for my Comcast account? They appear on Comcast/Xfinity email. I am using the Apple mail client to access my email on my phone. I have tried a number of fixes including deleting the account and adding it back. Nothing works.

How was the account originally setup on the iPhone? Was it setup as a POP account or IMAP? If a POP account, then any folders created there only exist on the device you created them on. If it was setup as IMAP, then they exist on the server and should populate when you load the account on the iPhone 11. You would also need to check to ensure that you are viewing all folders when you do look. Open the Mail app, then go to the Comcast listing, not the Inbox, but the full account list. Tap on that and you should see the entire list of folders.

Thank you for your quick response. The account was set-up using imap. I opened the Mail app and scrolled to the account and found the folders. That was the part I was missing - I was looking for them as a part of the inbox.
