Simply move Mail that should not be classified as Junk to your Mail inbox folder. Your iPad should learn that the sender is not Junk - but be aware that a particular sender’s mail messages may have to be moved from Junk to your inbox several times before the iPad will “learn”.


Some email providers might be classifying received mail as Junk before it is received by your iPad. In such cases you may need to adjust and mail-filters that are applied by your Mail provider. To do so, it is usually necessary to sigh-in to your Mail providers web-portal - and make any changes to your settings from there.
