Macbook Air sound output stuck in Headphones (but no headphones plugged in)

Hello everyone,

my macbook air, out of the blue, decided that the output sound would stuck into "headphones port" mode (even when no headphone is plugged in - actually, I don't even remember when was the last time I plugged a headphone into the headphone jack).

I have tried everything suggested in this thread:

Internal speakers stuck in headphone mode - Apple Community

1- NVRAM reset

2- Force Quitting "coreaudiod" (command: sudo killall coreaudiod)

3- Reset the SMC and your NVRAM

4- Tried the command sudo kextunload /Library/Extensions/SoundflowerSigned.kext

5- There's no Office installed

6- These are the screenshots of System Information and Sound Preferences

*One observation: I can't even set the output option to a bluetooth speaker/headphone...

I actually do not know what is this "MJRecorder Device" is about but it's been here since always (the existence of this MJRecorder is probably not the reason of my problem because it's always been here)

Hey, thanks but the instructions to delete MJ Recording Device didn't work. The files and folders suggested to be deleted in that topic do not exist.

And about the headphone jack: there's no red light in there. And I dont have a headphone/microphone jack with me (I'm traveling this week) to test.

However, I managed to change the sound output to my airpods by simply removing and re-pairing them.
