I’ve already read all the links you sent me prior to posting my question here & have tried applying their suggested solution but none of them worked. Tom’s Guide was my go-to site for my iPhone’s concern, next to Apple’s website, of course. I’ve also tried the similar concern raised here in Apple Discussions (the other link you send) before posting my own. Still didn’t work. I’ve already read about redirecting calls to voicemail and the like, none of it suggests solutions for my concern. Tried everything I’ve found and read (and watched) from discussions.apple.com to Google to YouTube to Tom’s Guide. None worked so far.
The same caller ID appears whether the incoming call came when my phone’s locked or unlocked. We’ve tried it several times, tried calling my phone when it’s locked and when it’s unlocked. Same result—I do not get a fullscreen caller ID, just the screenshot I posted in my query. I’ve also tried changing the photo but still didn’t work. Tried restarting my phone several times already, still same result.
I was hoping there might be something someone can suggest to me that was not yet published online. My last option is to go to the store and see if they can help or direct me to somewhere/someone who can.
