The regular 1 year warranty cannot be extended. If you purchased Apple Care+ for it within 60 days of purchasing the iPhone it can be extended in the following countries only: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States

If you're talking about the standard 1 year warranty, you can't extend its coverage, sorry.

On the contrary, if you have subscribed to an AppleCare Plus Protection Plan (within 60 days from the date of purchase), you can extend it, using these instructions:--> Extend your AppleCare+ coverage - Apple Support
