I can’t find any of my purchased content on Apple TV through sky, and when I use the app on my phone the purchased content doesn’t play from the purchase area, I need to go into the movie list and select it from there but when I do that I can’t access any of the extra features

The Apple TV+ app (note the Plus) has the functionality of a fraction of the full Apple TV app. The Apple TV+ app isn’t able to access your library (iTunes Store purchases), unlike the full Apple TV app on supported devices. The Apple TV+ app is just for accessing Apple TV+ content (Apple Originals).

It seems this content doesn’t acknowledge the existence for iTunes Extras for this title (for this region).
Please contact the iTunes Store staff about that.
iTunes Extras are streaming-only, and wouldn’t be available with a downloaded copy of the movie title.
iTunes Extras are available for select purchased HD+ content. Not SD, not rentals.
iTunes Extras would be accessible from within the content. Start playback of the content, then tapping the iPhone screen in landscape mode would reveal on-screen controls, including an Extras button. Tap that to access the bonus content menu.
That makes sense re the tv app but I’m using my phone or iPad for the extras and they’re not there, Iv updated all the software and tried it in landscape mode but it’s not working, the iTunes extra badge is there.
That’s all the options I get.
