Received notification that my apple id and phone number are being used on a new device. I did not activate a new device. What do I do?

What do I do if I did not sign in a new device with my apple id and phone number. Received this notice on all my devices.

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
