Pencil

How can Apple sell a product it won't stand behind my pencil was left _ uncharged for to long and that makes it unable to take a charge obviously bad design .because you can’t change battery out your forced to buy a new one when they could easily give you a replacement leaving a very upset customer when I bought pencil I was not warned to keep it charged at all times would not recommend this or any other apple product for they must be poor if they can’t afford a free pencil -

On the contrary. If you are using Apple Pencil 2nd Gen, you can charge it by connecting it to your iPad.

If your Apple Pencil is unable to hold a charge, first or second generation, i would contact Apple Support for further assistance with service options.


If you have AC+ for your iPad, you can use an incident to cover service on your Apple Pencil if it also has accidental damage. Otherwise, battery service would not incur a fee.


If your Apple Pencil is out of warranty, and you do not have an active AC+ contract for your iPad, then you are looking at OOW pricing to have the Apple Pencil serviced.
