Where is the i icon on my Apple Watch to pair with my Apple phone?

iPhone 7, iOS 10

It's the Apple Watch App, and it should be on one of your home Screens. Sometimes inside a folder called Extras.

Otherwise, you can use the App Library search to try to find it: Link-> Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support

Apparently I am not asking the right question. My watch is paired with my phone. But it is not showing up in the phone when I go to the watch app, and I no longer get the phone calls from my phone on the watch. Except for “spam risk” calls that come in through the watch, but don’t ring on the phone. Neither do the calls on the phone come in on the watch? Not sure what to do
