service experience was very bad

I sent my device to the service, but the service did not help me. They didn't take care of me and damaged my device. The device was sent to me unprotected while shipping. it was a very lousy experience.
I sent my device to the apple service in the city of konya in turkey. my device had a battery problem and a malfunction in its key. they denied it and were not helpful. They treated my ipad badly. I am really sad. I did not expect this. I trusted apple.
