upgrading from high sierra to catalina

Hi, I have a Macbook 13" late 2011 on High Sierra and want to upgrade to macOS Catalina, but I cannot find it on Apple store, will it be safe to upgrade? how can I do it? Thanks

That model can't be upgraded past High Sierra.
